Beadle Raven is a corporate, business and securities law firm located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. We deliver business consulting advice and comprehensive legal advice to clients at all stages of the business cycle. Our business includes structuring start-ups, implementing business plans, assisting with public and private debt and equity financing and advising on mergers and acquisitions. Michael Raven

Mike practices principally in the areas of corporate and securities law. Since leaving one of Canada’s largest and most respected law firms in 2005, he has provided business and legal advice to private and public companies and other clients in industries such as mining, oil and gas, entertainment and technology with respect to corporate structures, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private and public financings. He obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria in 1999, after which he clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2001.

Cam Chiasson
Cam conducts a general business law practice. He has spent his career providing practical advice and assistance to clients having a wide variety of contractual and other business-related objectives. He works with clients of many organizational types and sizes, both publicly and privately owned, and with both local and international business interests at stake. Based out of Calgary, Cam has particular expertise working in energy and natural resources industries. Cam obtained a commerce degree from the University of Ottawa in 1996, and then a law degree from the University of Victoria in 1999. He has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 2000 and is also eligible to practice law in British Columbia as a visiting lawyer.
